We need to generate reports that will allow us to understand the extent to which different functions within Blackboard are being used by instructors and students. This information will help us identify heavily used features and prioritize development in ASU's P-20 learning platform. The data will be harvested from our production Blackboard environment (http://myasucourses.asu.edu).
