Investigation to determine feasibility of Qwest installing analog Video/cable TV in the Residence Halls replacing the existing service from Cox. This first Phase of transitioning would upgrade video services and offerings available in the Residence Halls. The determination is not to move forward with Qwest but upgrade the current system with Cox.
