Customer satisfaction with the UTO is a priority. This project will provide a dashboard interface that will report on the current level of satisfaction in various areas.
UTO Representatives will have a report card (template) that will be shared with their respective customer to show how UTO is doing. It will also have priorities from the customer.

Scope: 

Create Dashboard. Dependent on how data is going to be handled, a dashboard will present:
- CRM open and closed cases per department
- UTO rank
- Grade

A database in CRM needs to be created to hold VPCOLL code, representatives, and PG. If database is not created in CRM, every month the spreadsheet will have to be manually updated.

I met with Sarah yesterday (w/ a guest appearance by Adrian) and deliverables for the Report Card project have changed somewhat.
We need to develop a sort of template that will allow various preparers to enter some numbers that will that will be made available via dashboards but will also contain text content for last month and next months priorities and links to UTO labs projects.
The issue is that we want something that can be distributed electronically and retain functioning web links, and would ideally bit quite a bit harder to screw up than a Word template as there will be quite a few people preparing these but we’d like to retain a consistent appearance – an appearance than Anish will need to invent. 
This could be done perhaps with a word document template, a PDF, or even a web form on a Drupal site but this isn’t exactly my area of expertise.

All Milestones and Schedule: 

5/11/09 - meeting with all UTO representatives
6/19/09 - have mock-up of report card complete
6/29/09 - dashboard with report card metrics

- VPCOLL codes - per department that we want a report card from

- CRM database that contains area represented (VPCOLL Code), executive sponsor, customer, and UTO representative

- Add Provider Group to database per VPCOLL code to associate area to deskside unit
