Upgrade Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS) to u.achieve

Quick View
Summary:

Upgrade the Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS) version 3.5 to the new version renamed u.achieve version 4.0. The u.achieve product has been rewritten in Java to take advantage of increased functionality in the future. The previous version, DARS 3.5, was written with an older programming technology which made it very cumbersome to implement new features. u.Achieve 4.0 new features include the ability to custume build the display of degree audits.
