The Tempe Facilities Maintenance Department has inquired about purchasing TMA Systems for their Facilities Ticketing and Tracking System. In Version 1.0, Polytechnic and Downtown facilities purchased and installed an enterprise system, which was installed and is accessible through Citrix. At this time this research project is in place to identify project scope for a possible TMA Systems version 2.0, which will include at minimum, Tempe Facilities.
