Scope: 

Digital Television Services RFP to develop specifications and request vendor proposals to provide ALL Television Services at all ASU Campuses.
To include management and assumption of existing contracts for service on ASU Tempe, ASU Polytechnic, ASU West, ASU DPC.   Should also include management of any/all satellite TV contracts.    Must accept channel insertion of ASU channels.

All Milestones and Schedule: 

I. Develop Specifications - 11/16/2009.

II. Collect all existing contracts to put into RFP submittal - 11/16/2009.

III.  Draft RFP, for review. - 11/16/2009.

IV. Work with Purchasing to put out RFP to Vendors - 12/31/2009.

V. Vendor Review

VI. Vendor Selection and Award

VII. Transition/Upgrade Plan

VIII.  Implementation and rollout of Digital Television to all Residence Halls  - By Fall 2010

IX. Implementation and rollout of Digital Television to all Administrative/Academic buildings.  - Fall 2010

Deliverables: 

Digital Television Services comparable too, or exceeding what is generally commercially available in any metropolitan area.
