Summary:

Promote and continue implementation of the ABOR Statewide Intiative for electronic high school transcripts. This project will complete implementation of ASU's top 25 HS feeder districts.

Electronic delivery of transcripts has proven to reduce evaluation time and provide an easy, simple way for high schools to submit transcripts to Arizona's universities and colleges.

Scope:

Continue implementation of high school electronic transcripts for ASU's top 25 feeder Arizona districts. We are 50% complete. Assist docufide in addressing barriers that are keeping remaining high schools from participating.

1. Work with Docufide in promoting and influencing additional AZ high schools to utilize electronic delivery of their transcripts. There is no implementation cost.

2. Provide information and encouragement to AZ high school students/counselors to utlize this delivery mode. There is no cost to the student and provides faster service.

All Milestones and Schedule:

- Establish goal and strategy with Docufide project manager - complete
- Establish ASU Undergraduate Admissions role - complete
- Define opportunities for increasing utilization - complete
- Define points of influence and promotion plan - in-process
- Implement information on UG application -will not do this:
- Implement information on MyASU
- Develop correspondence with applicants as needed - under consideration
- Develop article for HS counselor newsletter - in process

ASU communication promoting participation to remaining districts who have not contracted with docufide.
