Scope:

1. Upgraded Version of the SAP BPC (STAR) software, from version 5.1 sp4 to version 7 in both production and development
2. Complete evaluation of the systems supporting the production and development environments
3. Complete overhaul of the development environment, combining the Web and Application Servers
4. Overhaul, if determined necessary by the experience with the development environment, of the production environment.
