Summary:

During the March / Apriil 2009 time frame CMSC will be applying CRM bundles 35, 36,37,38,39,40 to the PeopleSoft CRM Environment. ASU will be responsible for applying retrofits and verifying both ASU Modifications and PeopleSoft delivered functionality in CRM. A coordinated effort between ASU UTO staff and Business users will be required to complete this task. Accurate Test case scenarios will also be crucial to transitioning this task to the UTO PeopleSoft Support team from the Development Team. Finally, this time frame was chosen because due to the academic calendar requirements for May and June and to avoid outages during key semester end periods
