Summary: 

If the applicant does not submit the application fee at the time of application they must call with a credit card or mail in a check. This is true for both Graduate and Undergraduate admissions. This project will create a process in which the student can make a payment online for a fee that is still due.

Scope: 

This project was brought to light via ASU Online and Extended Campus and Innovation Ads. Applicants need more ways to pay. By using the set-up on PeopleSoft, to embed a link into a To Do item, we can create a quick way for a student to connect and pay an outstanding fee. Need to develop (or re-use if possible) processes that call out to Nelnet and receive back payment authorizations. Need to include the reconciliation of accounts and QBU processing to clear checklist times in a timely manner.
