Implement Single Sign On between webauth and OrgSync. OrgSync is a third party application which will be use by student organizations.

The application will be used by Student Organizations. The OrgSync application uses CAS or Shibboleth for authentication. Ideally students will login to MyASU, where they will be able to navigate to this application, without having to authenticate again.
