Scope: 

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module in OASIS has a module called Field Service. That is where the Network Communications Service Request (NCSR) system will reside. NCSR will provide easy, intuitive, online access to all data and telephone service needs.

Features will include a new customer interface that will allow users to receive quotes, create orders and track the status of requests for services.

Milestone Met: Analyze basic CRM Field Serivce capability. To be completed by 04/30/08.
