  • Documentation on how to use the blackbox
  • Design a generic listener so other apps can use it
  • Provide a set (XML,RPC, Soap serv, Rest) of generic handler with doc for implementation
  • Build a web application
    1. authenication piece
    2. Redirect the requests to the handlers
    3. Admin facing piece that will have the auditing
    4. Config interface of the handler and ability to define new department application
