Scope: 

Create myCourses as a piece that a student can access when a class is full. By accessing the myCourses page students can put classes on a list that they are waiting for seats in. When a class on the students list has a seat become available then the student will receive a text message.

note: need to have a disclaimer on this function to describe this as a notification and not mislead students to thinking enrollment is secured....ck with registrars office for wording.

Risk & Threats: 

Tools upgrade may delay final release. Need a decision on how the messages will be sent out (SMS or email choice or only via email, sending mass amounts of SMS could present issue of having blocked messages) -
