Summary:
Create a block within My Profile where employees may enter and update: gender, ethnicity, vets status, disability status, educational levels. Employees should also be able to view date of birth and social security number for accuracy.
Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) regulations require that employees have the opportunity to update and manage certain categories of personal data on a regular basis.
An ESS Employee self disclosure:
- Eliminates paperwork in the hiring process
- Eliminates the costly time consuming data gathering efforts to get and update the information for regulatory reports.
