This version of My ASU will implement a layout redesign of the Student page, creating a flexible infrastructure so that new features can be added quickly.

** 6.10 UPDATE **
Golive successful - team is working on a patch to be released on 6.15.

** 6.25 UPDATE **
Additional college box enhancements and an enhancement for Grad College will be released on 7.1.

In Scope:

  • Combine My Tools, My Accounts, and Resources into Quicklinks box and move to the left of the page
  • Add Weather block
  • Streamline My Tasks block
  • Enhance My Programs and Advising block
  • Combine the ASU Event calendar, Academic calendar and Sports Calendar
  • Combine ASU Announcements & News, Sports, Arts, and State Press RSS feeds and add ability to add other RSS feeds
  • Gmail inbox count preview

Out of Scope:

  • College Box (will be implemented in a separate project)
  • Graduation tab enhancements in My Programs and eAdvisor box (will be implemented in a separate project)
