Scope: 
  • Authentication is through webauth and ASURITE IDs
  • Authorization is via an EDNA service node
  • Allow users not in the authorization group to request access
  • List equipment available for requesting
  • Collect how much time the user is requesting on instrument
  • Allow user to make a comment and/or adjust time for the experiment after use
  • Collect information is the user was assisted, not assisted, in training or a proxy. If assisted, collect the assistants name.
  • Create an admin page that gives access to an admin group to change rates and add instruments
  • Determine the amount to charge and which billing system to send to
  • Allow billing data to be saved in Comma Separated Value (CSV) format so it can be loaded into the Advantage Billing System
  • Collect various safety training information once a year from users
