Scope: 
  • Batch override notices and send 1 email weekly per account to signers
  • Update EXT records with external billing confirmation from RTS.
  • Scheduled export of CLASRTS records to shared folder. Create linked table in MS access to view data and create invoices & reports.
  • Weekly batch of successful x-actions to account signers with link to website for review/reconciliation
  • Enable PO billing functionality.
  • Possibly include Dashboard views
  • Allow CSV files to have any order of the fields.
  • Create a way to automatically send emails with attachments to PIs once a month.
  • Be able to sort by a number of filters, then change all of those fields at the same time.
  • Modify the transactions servlet to follow more of an MVC structure.
  • Allow personal, customizable views since all Advantage users have read access to all tables.
  • Allow the saving of filters when a user deviates from the transactions page.
