Help Center Version 2

Mockup1.JPG
Quick View
Summary:

Several ASU organizations have expressed interest in sharing content on the Help Center when automated federation is possible. The ability to assign multiple categories to articles will increase the "hits" on those articles - increasing use and readership.

The goal of this project is to enhance the functionality of the Help Center so that:

  • Use of the Help Center will increase across the ASU community.
  • Other ASU organizations will see the value in publishing information to the Help Center.
  • More ASU organizations will partner with the Help Center to publish their articles.
