Graduation Good/Bad report automation

Summary: 

DARS creates a file of audits when students apply to graduate. Create an automation to handle the extract of these audit files to be sent to Graduation Office. Currently there is a process where a staff member must extract and save the files for processing. Viewing output reports is curretly done on Control D this needs to be moved off the mainframe.

Scope: 

Finish development to get this report off the mainframe and have the process initiated from Graduation office by entering a CRM ticket. The online campus isn’t on the mainframe side, and will need to be added to the updated process. Update the Sys daemon to mark in progress classes in future terms and not include them in the audit.

* Part of the process will require that a CRM ticket be generated to get the process started – initiated by the Graduation Office
