Scope:

Version 1.0 of this application will provide a self-service approach for student's to request a change to their plan, term, or campus. Specifically, this functionality will provide the following:
* Change of plan code, with their academic org/department;
* Change of admission start term, within eligibility constraints;
* Change of campus for enrollment, where a plan is offered at multiple campuses

The back end process will enatil collection of a processing fee, payable by credit card via Nelnet. Payment must be made before any processing will occur.

A Nelnet reconciliation process will also be required to complete the processing.

In Version 1.0, the back end approval and processing of the request will be performed via email and reports with an administrative interface accessible via the PeopleSoft PIA.
