Effort Reporting Committed Module Tuning / Calc and display VUCS and OTC project lines

Quick View
Summary:

Committed Module Tuning (case #425524) - Currently, opening a large committed project times out, therefore, tuning is required. This improvement is required in order to continue to modify projects that are open for multiple years, with a large project team. Without the editing it is not possible to update committed percentages and hence reports for these individuals cannot be updated and certified.

VUCS and OTC lines missing (case #411873) - Multiple Effort Reports are failing to list the percentage of Effort that is allocated to Voluntary Uncommitted Cost Share (VUCS). This is a defect affecting the complete data correctness of reports and the display of warning messages. Lack of messages can prevent a DEA’s from rejecting reports because a VUCS warning message does not appear on reports. OTC messages still occur, but these reports do not show the complete information on the reports.
