Summary: 

In Version 1.0 a process was created to review student enrollment and drop students from pre-requisite classes they no longer met the requirement for. Version 2.0 of the project includes additional criteria such as milestones, GPA, plan requirements which students will be screen on. The audience is all undergraduate students for Fall 09. The project will be operationalized so that in future semesters UTO Operations will be responsible for the process.

  • Convert current criteria (check transcript classes, ASU classes, test credit, AP) from queries in MyReports to usable SQL in PeopleSoft
