Summary: 

Add additonal data to PeopleSoft plan extensions to allow smooth operations of the Degree Search web application. The added data will store campus data for minors, customized messages for majors that are no longer accepting applications and display who was the last user to update the data.

Scope: 

1. Add campus validation back. When a campus is added check against the program table to make sure the campus is valid. Exclude minors from this validation.
2. Allow for override logic to not show statement if plan is active in Degree Search and not active in Undergraduate admissions application
3. Allow a custom statement to display for plans that are not accepting applications instead of default statement
4. Change the name of the Catalog URL field label to Apply URL
5. Add an Audit trail on Plan Extensions similar to Advisor Tracking Tool
