Summary:

Will upgrade the Documentum Environment to version 5.4. This will allow for continued support, as well as applying all fixes and additional support to the product. Will resolve an issue Grad College and USI have had with PDF handling within the environment. Will move the current Documentum environment to ASURITE for more manageability for the groups using the application. Will create a test environment that will act as the core for future administrative applications being housed in MyApps

Project is being rebaselined at the request of the primary customers. It was decided to not push the application out to version 6.0 but to 5.4. The test environment is being rebuilt for this change and will be in the customers hands by the end of this week. Project delivery only effected by 1 week push.

Scope:

Will bring the application to current current release levels, and provide inproved useability in dealing with PDF documents. Additionally, we will move the current Documentum environmentout of WINEDS to ASURITE for more manageability for the groups using the application.

Cost of service= 6 VM environments @ $1800.00 - $10,800.00

All Milestones and Schedule:

Create Test environment to validate the upgrade path: May 26 – June 15

· Validate ability of MyApps to support ASURITE servers: June 8 - June 12

· Create the test environment in ASURITE: May 29 - June 12

Obtain three VM’s for Application, Web and Citrix servers
Move the agent server from the current test environment
Obtain space on the enterprise MSSQL Dev server to host the AX databases
Obtain iSCSI Netapp space for the image store
· Install Documentum v 6.0 in the new test environment: June 8 – June 12

Take a copy of the production databases from ENTSQL1 and move to the Dev SQL Servers to allow for data upgrade
Take a copy of the production image store from ENTAPP1 and move to the Test Image store
Create/Modify account support within the application to allow for ASURITE access
· Validate the test environment with Grad College, ORSPA and USI to identify any issues: June 15 – July 17

Install Documentum v 6.0 into the production environment: June 17 – July 24

· Create Production environment in ASURITE: June 17 – June 30

Obtain three VM’s for Application,Web servers and citrix server
Move the agent server from the current production environment
Obtain space on the enterprise MSSQL Prod server to host the AX databases
Obtain iSCSI Netapp space for production image store
Identify the Citrix servers in production that will host the application
· Install Documentum v 6.0 in the production environment: June 30 – July 24

Take a copy of the production databases from ENTSQL1 and move to the Prod SQL Servers to allow for data upgrade
Take a copy of the production image store from ENTAPP1 and move to the Prod Image store
Create/Modify account support within the application to allow for ASURITE access
· Validate the test environment with Grad College, ORSPA and USI to identify any issues: July 24 – July 29

Deliverables:

ApplicationXtender version 6.0 available in production - July 24th
Application Servers authenticating to ASURITE - July 24th
Application hosted on ASURITE Citrix servers - July 24th
Grad College, ORSPA and USI Documentum groups will live in their ASURITE OU's for management purposes
