Lead Customer Comments:
ADOA is changing health plan vendors. As such ASU will only have a 3 week window for the next open enrollment. Open Enrollment will be from August 10 to August 31, 2009. To coordinate this effort a dashboard will be built. BOMs will use this dashboard to manage and track employees in their area so they know which ones have completed the on-line enrollment and which haven’t. This project is important because there is no “default” option for the selection for these plans. Failure to make a selection in the time allotted for it could mean that they will NOT be in a health plan. This makes it even more critical to provide college leaders with the status of staff in their area that have not enrolled.
