Project directors may have responsibility for employees that cross departmental boundaries. Develop a report (dashboard)that lists employees by project (Coeus award) with responsible DEA, essentially an effort reporting certification to do list. The objective is to provide a research project's principal investigator with an easy to use front end that has the ability to deep link into PeopleSoft to perform effort reporting certification.
