Summary:
The primary purposes of this project are to:
1) Allow customers to enter future requests
2) Bring structure to CRM requests by implementing a 30-day SLA for requests.
This project will offer customers the ability to initiate a request using the case type of "Requests" along with a “Request Required Date” for their request. End of semester classroom construction or business cycle requests are examples of good candidates for this functionality. Along with this project, we will implement a 30-day SLA for requests, as opposed to the open-ended (never-ending) requests that exist currently
