Summary: 

The administrative applications have been deployed via the WINEDS and ASUAD Windows Active Directory domains up to this time. This has caused issues with authorization to some resources on CIFS share and co-mingling with HIPAA environment . The need to create an Administrative Citrix environment for development, access to DB, and other administrative applications is imperative.

Scope: 

Build out an adminsitrative Citrix environment to host all the of the faculty/staff administrative applications that are not HIPAA, PCI, or publicly available for general ASU Community use.

All Milestones and Schedule: 
  • Planning & Design of environment - to be completed August 20, 2008
  • Aquire necessary hardware - to be completed August 22, 2008
  • Build new environment - to be completed September 12, 2008
  • Transition current applications into environment:
    1. Documentum - to be completed September 30, 2008
    2. Corda - to be completed by XXXX
  • Initial Go Live - to be completed September 30, 2008 with Documentum
  • Final Go Live - to be completed by November 14, 2008
  • Post Implementation Review - to be completed by November 21, 2008
Deliverables: 
  • Secure environment for access to adminsitrative systems and applications.
  • Deployed in the ASURITE Windows Active Directory Domain.
