Priority:
High
Scope:

The scope of this project is to implement the following features:

Add subscription v6 or notification module to permit self-subscribtion
Add ability to re-publish a change. This will permit corrections to be sent in the event a change notification contained errors.
Add flexibility for Emergency changes to permit a scheduled state. Currently only accomodates Implemented state.
Email CMT when comments have been submitted on behalf of a change request.
Feed changes to System Health based on Scheduled Dates
Calendar view of changes -- exact method TBD. Will be completed and palced on syshealth page. Needs more discussion
Digest for preapproved and low impact

Deliverables:

(1) The ability to see changes in System Health without having to manually duplicate them.
(2) The ability to see the changes in a calendar view instead of a tabular format
(3) The ability to send a digest of announcements -- Complete

Risk & Threats:

(1) The availability of a Drupal developer is limited.
(2) The environment may need to be upgraded to Drupal 6 to implement some features. This means upgrading the entire UTO site, which could be a project in itself.
