Lead Customer Comments:
CHS has found there are training issues that will need to be addressed internally before the NextGen application can be upgraded to version 5.5. Dr. Markus has given approval for the new deployment date of December 17, 2009. All training issues and application certifications will be in place by then. We will also be moving the current environment from it's current location into a new rack in the Data Center that will be Hipaa compliant with assistance from Scott Banks.

Risk & Threats:

This upgrade has been accomplished in a test environment, including a SQL 2005 upgrade. However, as this is a major overhaul to the supporting systems, there are a number of failure points that will be mitigated by extensive backups, as well as being sure to involve NextGen support through the upgrade process. As well, we will heavily involve the customer with testing the application at major milestones in the project.

The customer will be relied upon for input as this upgrade relates to their business.
