Scope:

(1) Work with Alumni to provide training to HD so that the HD can verify a pre-1980 alumni if they call.
(2) Provide HD with a mechanism to create an ASURITE id real time, while the person is on the phone. Provide mechanism to reactivate id real time as well.
(3) Work with Alumni to provide an escalation method for users HD cannot verify needs:

Staffing needs:
(1) HD analyst
(2) Alumni resource
(3) Campus Community analyst (for testing and validation)
(4) Developer with experience with PS and EDNA

Deliverables:

(1) Mechanism for pre-1980 students to obtain an ASURITE id by calling the HelpDesk. - Delivered
(2) Mechanism for post-1980 students to obtain or reactivate an ASURITE id by calling the HelpDesk. - Delivered

Risk & Threats:

(1) Availability of a developer.
(2) Method by which HD verifies a pre-1980 alum has not been established at the time this proposal was written. It is possible that the scope will increase to include data entry in a database.
