Priority:
Needs Prioritization
Scope:

Requirements/Assumptions:
Use CEM and My ASU to link the ASU courses to Pearson
Students link to course work the same way they do with Bb
Students will not have to sign in on the Pearson site
Single Sign On from My ASU should carry them into the corresponding course in Pearson LMS
Students purchase "rights" to course materials
Students can get assistance if they have trouble signing in or accessing class content (will this be ASU or Pearson, what is the cut over point?)
Classes that start September 1st are available several days prior to start day
Students who have not purchased "rights" to course materials - will be dropped, will be contacted, options? this is unclear
Students who have paid for "rights" to course materials will be manually verified between course roster and bookstore email list, until SSO is ready for Bookstore - Bonnie/Jill
After SSO up ready, who will verify the enrollments to the purchases?

Students who drop the ASU class will no longer have access to the Pearson course site,

Instructors for the courses will be trained on the navigation and functions of the Pearson LMS

Deliverables:

SSO to Pearson, using CEM and My ASU
review bookstore purchases for access to Pearson

Risk & Threats:

not having a Bookstore SSO causes additional work to verify purchases
CEM model of adding one class number at a time is not a scaleable solution
