Summary: 

Currently our ERP System, Advantage, has interfaces to the E-Commerce application, SunRISE, to transfer both budget and purchase order information. Sunrise, powered by SciQuest, has significant value with regard to purchase life tracking and usability. This systems integration with Advantage will be enhanced through this project by adding non-catalog supplier information to SunRISE (SciQuest) and providing more accurate budget information for purchases made through SunRISE.

Scope: 

The UTO will be serving in a technical role for the purpose of providing interfaces for SunRISE to obtain supplier information from Advantage as well as provide RC documents to advantage.  

 

  • PR Data
    • Web App that accepts requests for information from SciQuest
    • That application then checks the information validity
    • We then respond to their service
    • Requisition funds upon approval
    • Turns PR into Requisition upon PO creation
  • Supplier data
    • Send a 1 time upload of supplier data to SciQuest
    • Creates service to send delta data as it is created in Advantage

 

All Milestones and Schedule: 
  • 9/4/2009 - PR Syn in QA, One time upload of Suppliers sent to SciQuset
