Enhancements: Diff Module and HTML Mail Module

1. Diff Module(screenshot below): Gives the ability for users to view all changes between any two revisions. When you go to any project, users will now see a “View” tab (that is the default) and a “Revisions” tab.  The field that has changes is listed first. Then on  the left shows a “-” sign for what was removed, and on the right shows a “+” sign for what was added.
2. HTML Mail: You will not receive anymore HTML code in the email notifications!  This module should reveal the formatting instead of the code on your Blackberry as well as in your email client.
