E2 Campus Enhancement	During this project, the E2 campus alert system will be upgraded and expanded to incorporate a boarded range of notification systems. The upgrade of the E2 campus system will give ASU the ability to interface with Facebook and Twitter, create RSS feeds, and send alerts to e-mail distribution lists via the SEED (Single Entry Email Delivery)functionality. Furthermore, the University will be able to perform more granular organization of users subscribed to the E2 campus system by creating subgroups such as the current Unplanned Outages group. eAdvisor: Course Catalog v 3.0	Make course catalog search more visible. Combine returned results to see class availability by term if not selected. Provide alternative ways to browse a list of courses verses searching for a course. Searching for a course assumes the student knows the class they want. eAdvisor: Freezing Critical Tracking GPAs	To reflect accurate GPA information to advisors and critical tracking students the GPA will be frozen at the end of each track term after end of semester processing. Several different GPA requirements exist in critical tracking audits which need GPA frozen, for example: • Maintain combined 3.00 GPA in all attempts of critical courses in semesters 1-3 • Maintain 3.00 ASU GPA in semesters 1-3 • Maintain 2.00 ASU Cumulative GPA for all semesters • Maintain 2.00 GPA in major courses. eAdvisor: Program Search v3.5	Program Search (also known as Degree Search) has several improvements slated for version 3.5, including: Improve the keyword search functionality by finding similar words. For example, if you search on "computer" the results should also return results for "computing" and "computers". Associate minors and certificates with majors. If searching for a Psychology bachelor’s degree also suggest a minor and/or certificate in Psychology if it is available. Allow ASU students to run a "What If" graduation audit. This will give students interested in changing majors a way to view how their course work applies to the new major. Modify the logic for how terms display in the Apply button. eCustoms Payment Screening Application (Tri-University): Phase 2 - U of A and NAU Implementation	Arizona Tri-Universities will be implementing a restricted party screening system for payments and business processes. Phase 1 - Completed - Focus on the setup of the eCustoms application server at ASU (Arizona State University) and the processing of files from ASU. Phase 2 - Focus on processing files sent from U of A (University of Arizona) and NAU (Northern Arizona University) to the eCustoms application server at ASU. Effort Reporting - Automate daily publishing of ORSPA reports	ORSPA Efforts Reports are manually generated daily and published via the Effort Reporting Dashboard navigation. In order to eliminate manual efforts and minimize resource requirements, this project will address the automation of data extract, manipulation, and publication of the daily reports. Effort Reporting - Repeat or Missed Certifications	1. Changes to payroll (i.e. Redistributions) that impact a Finalized form should not generate a new report in the following cases. Per CedarCrestone (Ed), this should be approached from an auto-approval perspective. A mass action could be developed based on rules that if an existing report is a sequence 2 and the percentage does not change to move to the finalized stage with an ‘error’ in the audit trail that shows auto approval. (Case 307740) 2. % Pay Dist and % Effort: The % pay Dist field, on an Effort Report, must round up to 1% if there is at least one dollar of payroll for the specific Effort project line item. Effort Reporting Committed Module Tuning / Calc and display VUCS and OTC project lines	Committed Module Tuning (case #425524) - Currently, opening a large committed project times out, therefore, tuning is required. This improvement is required in order to continue to modify projects that are open for multiple years, with a large project team. Without the editing it is not possible to update committed percentages and hence reports for these individuals cannot be updated and certified. VUCS and OTC lines missing (case #411873) - Multiple Effort Reports are failing to list the percentage of Effort that is allocated to Voluntary Uncommitted Cost Share (VUCS). This is a defect affecting the complete data correctness of reports and the display of warning messages. Lack of messages can prevent a DEA’s from rejecting reports because a VUCS warning message does not appear on reports. OTC messages still occur, but these reports do not show the complete information on the reports.	On track
ei8ht Relocation to the Cronkite-ei8ht Building at DPC Campus	Relocation of the ei8ht Broadcast facility and ASU staff from ASU Tempe campus to the ASU DPC Campus.
