CRM: Quality Management Implementation

Scope

The CRM Quality Management module enables tracking of the enhancement and defect process related to software products. A standard implementation of the product will be used to track efforts related to PeopleSoft products (Phase 1). Following this initial implementation subsequent activities will include the conversion of data from the current use of ARS for Enhancement Tracking and the assessment as to whether the product will work for "new" project requests.
